Bald's Hill is one of many tourists points in Natal. Formerly the tourists were allowed to ascent until the top, but later forbidden due to acceleration process of desertification that this activity caused.

"Forte dos Reis Magos" (Kings Magicians' Fort), that was built by the Portuguese to defend the city against French and Dutch invasions that came to Brazil to traffic the Brazil's wood called "Pau-Brasil" (main wealth of the time).
